student kinesiology:

A Student Kinesiology balance with Jess Kohn. She is a qualified Myotherapist and is currently studying PKP Kinesiology.

Kinesiology is a heart-centred conversation with your whole-self; mind, body and spirit. A Kinesiology session starts with a conversation. What is your goal? Your goal can be pretty much anything you want it to be. Examples include reducing pain, improving movement, increasing concentration, reducing stress, feeling more present with your kids, improving sleep quality and increasing confidence, to name a few. We will work together to word this goal in a way that resonates with your whole-self.

I’ll ask your body questions and through gentle muscle testing and biofeedback will show me the response. This includes finding an emotion specific to your goal. Is there too much or not enough of this emotion? Your body will tell me. We’ll go deeper and ask your body what balance it requires. This could be something like a specific massage point or flowing my hands over a meridian. The balance will also involve us conversing about how this relates back to your goal and what that represents both physically and metaphysically for you.

As the session concludes you’ll feel more connected with your whole-self, grounded and empowered to achieve your goal.

Student Kinesiology sessions will be approximately 90 mins and will help me gain practice and fulfill my study requirements. In return, you’ll receive a free balance, centred around you and your goal. Thankyou – Jess Kohn
